This recipe couldn't be easier to prep the night before and makes for a super nourishing and flavorful breakfast that will give your morning an added boost. Enjoy!
1 1/2 gluten free old fashioned oats (I like Bob's Red Mill)
1 can coconut milk (full fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup cherries, pitted and quartered
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon coconut flakes
Optional toppings: nut butter, additional chopped cherries and coconut flakes
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined then divide evenly into 3 mason jars or containers of choice. Tightly seal and pop in the fridge overnight!
